ANARC Wins a Second Wild Card

The ICPC Executive Director has granted ANARC a second wild card for the 2010 World Finals. Three teams from the Arab & North Africa Region will advance to the 2010 World Finals. These teams are:

Change of Dates
The dates for The 2009 ICPC Arab & North Africa Twelfth Regional Contest has been changed. The new dates are 22-24 November, 2009. All pages on this website have been updated according to these new dates.
Due to the late startup of the academic year in most regional institutes, we anticipate the new dates will enable more of them to participate.

Alex to host ANARC 2009

The 2009 ICPC Arab & North Africa Twelfth Regional Contest will be hosted by The Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Alexandria, Egypt.
The event will take place in November 22--24, 2009. Teams must arrive to Alexandria no later than the afternoon of Sunday 22/11/2009. The contest will take place in the morning of Tuesday 24/11/2009.
Make sure you reserve a place for your team as soon as possible. For registration, visit the ICPC website. Make sure you visit this website frequently to stay up-to-date.

2009 Call-for-Judges
The ICPC/ANARC 2009 Call-for-Judges has been published.
All individuals interested in writing problems for the upcoming ICPC Arab & North Africa 12th Regional Contest are kindly requested to take a look at the CFJ for details.
The deadline for submitting problems is September 3, 2009. Earlier submissions are encouraged.

2010 Call-for-Hosting
The ICPC/ANARC 2010 Call-for-Hosting has been published.
Regional Universities interested in hosting the 2010-2012 ANARC contests are encouraged to read the Call-for-Hosting and submitting proposals.
The deadline for submitting a proposal is November 1, 2009. The winning proposal will be announced during the 2009 Awards Ceremony.
